RAC wins award for the second year running.

The RAC has won the BusinessCar award for best accident management firm for the second year in a row - 28th January 2008

For the second year running the RAC has won the BusinessCar award for the best Accident Management Company.

The RAC has brought together the legal services division and their accident management department, along with the introduction of an online accident tracking management system, which makes the whole road accident claim management process easier. 

Fleet managers in particular should welcome the new online tracking system which allows them to follow car accident claims when their vehicles have been involved in an accident from the point of the vehicles collection from the accident scene, through the vehicles repair at the body shop and right through until the repaired vehicle is back on the road.

The award was the result of an online poll amongst the 18,000 readers of the BusinessCar magazine, website and e-mailed newsletters.
